Lawrence Romaldo

A results-driven Sales and Operations leader with over 14 years of expertise in water filtration and a proven track record of managing large scale teams & operations with revenues exceeding $20M annually. A people-first leadership style, Larry is committed to empowering others, developing talent & a culture where individuals can thrive. AmeriFree’s customers are a part of the family and always come first. Outside the office Larry is a proud husband and father of 4 who loves the game of baseball and spends much of his time volunteering as a youth coach and umpire. Larry enjoys teaching teamwork, life skills, personal development, and a true passion and love for the game.

Brian Gorelick

Director of Commercial Development

Brian is a graduate of San Diego State University, where he earned a degree in Marketing and Business Development. Over the past 25 years, Brian has built, led, and scaled marketing and sales organizations across multiple industries, with a consistent focus on driving growth, expanding market presence, and aligning strategy with execution.

A Southern California native, Brian is based in Huntington Beach, where he raised his son, Ryder. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling with his fiancée Paige, and taking advantage of the outdoors—whether exploring new places or staying active close to home.

Nichol Romaldo

Nichol, who brings over a decade of HR and Risk Management experience. Her leadership, insight, and unwavering support are the glue that keeps AmeriFree Water strong, efficient, and people-focused.

Vince Lucero

Vince Lucero brings 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry to AmeriFree. He works closely with customers to identify water quality concerns and recommend solutions tailored to their needs & budget. Vince is committed to honest guidance, quality products, and building long-term relationships based on trust and results.

Damien Alarcon

A Southern California native with 22 years experience as a sales professional in home water filtration. Damien brings family values, energy, and a customer service experience to AmeriFree Water simply unmatched in the industry. Damien has achieved many awards in water treatment for sales, training, and consulting. Damien always provides the best solutions to homeowners with honesty, transparency and integrity. In his free time Damien enjoys fitness, sports and most importantly spending quality time with his family.
