At the heart of AmeriFree Water is our founder, Tony Romaldo, a pioneer and visionary in whole house water filtration. Tony is an experienced leader who spent over 17 years building one of the largest water treatment providers in North America. With AmeriFree Water, Tony is pioneering a new chapter—one focused on innovation, transparency, and unmatched customer value.
Supporting Tony every step of the way is his wife, Nichol, who brings over a decade of HR and Risk Management experience. Her leadership, insight, and unwavering support are the glue that keeps AmeriFree Water strong, efficient, and people-focused.
Our COO, Lawrence Romaldo—and Tony’s brother—is a detail-oriented powerhouse with a proven track record of building high-performing territories in the water filtration industry. His extensive knowledge of equipment, processes, and procedures is an integral part of our operations and continued success.
